They now seek an Executive Chef with the skills and pedigree to match the property & their reputation for world class cuisine.

• The ideal candidate would most likely be a current Executive Chef, or perhaps a strong Head Chef looking for their next step.
• A background in high-end luxury, 5-star hotels or resorts (such as Four Seasons, One & Only, Aman) is considered essential.
• Experience managing large multicultural teams and overseeing an extensive and diverse F&B operation with multiple outlets and service styles from fine dining to casual, multiple cuisines, a la carte & buffets etc).
• Fine attention to detail with strong all round technical and administrative skills is assumed.
• You need to be a great communicator who is comfortable in the front of house and well as skilled in the kitchen.
• Previous experience in remote or island locations (particularly in the Maldives) is preferred but may not be essential.
