They now seek an experienced Director of Engineering to join their team.

The position is most suitable for a current Director of Engineering with a background in luxury hotels and resorts.

The key requirements and position information are as follows: -

• Recognised tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline - Degree preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspect of resort plant and equipment maintenance.
• Good all-round knowledge of property operations and building maintenance in a remote property – generators, electrical, refrigeration, desalination, air-conditioning etc…
• Ability to develop and maintain detailed planned and preventative maintenance schedules with monthly measurable reports.
• Previous experience in the Maldives preferred, but may not essential.
