Our client is a leading operator of luxury hotels in Azerbaijan and the region with a portfolio of exceptional properties that include resort operations and business hotels.

We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), to join their senior management team, an individual with a background in business development, sales & distribution, revenue management, e-commerce, brand and marketing strategies.

It is imperative that the candidate has outstanding experience in the field of luxury hotels and a proven track record of achievements with previous employers in addition to solid academic qualifications.

We expect the candidate to have a University degree in Marketing or related field and at least 5 years' experience in the capacity of Director of Marketing with a luxury hotel operator in the Middle East, Asia and/or Europe and the USA.  Ideally you would be currently in Cluster or Regional position.

The individual needs to be an absolute professional with the proven track record to effectively develop and lead a team of fine professionals.

The remuneration package is commensurate with the seniority of the position and includes a very attractive tax free salary, relocation expenses, schooling, accommodation, and so on…
